Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed for my brand. My website is named, "UpwardPM.com". My Business name is, "Upward Practice Management LLC". This business does all the non-clinical administration of a medical office, such as billing. I do NOT want any sort of medical devices in the logo, such as a stethoscope, that is for the doctor. I focus on the non-clinical aspect. I could see the, "U" being some sort of shield? I could also see something around the PM part of the domain, for example, the word Upward followed by some sort of fancy PM... Use your imagination.
