Brief de Web Design

Create a Web Design (Coded - Design and coding required). Designer must provide full implementation/coding in WordPress.

Responsive, modern, and clean website design and development for a local community builder that develops land, building lots, and commercial and residential homes.

The goal of this website is to create an inviting, user-friendly website so visitors to the site (4 main user groups) can become enthusiastic and discover information on houses & homes, lots & land, heavy civil, and leasing opportunities offered by Fairview.

The front page would contain the “key messaging" and the “calls to action” to generate in the four main subject areas. Each subject area (houses & homes, lots & land, heavy civil, and leasing) would have its own "landing page" of sorts, each similar but differing in specific imagery and key colours. This means there are 5 templates: a "main" one, and one for each subject area (houses & homes, lots & land, heavy civil, and leasing).

Site must be responsive starting from mobile devices (~360px) up to 1920px wide. As can be seen in the mockups the main container would have a max-width of 1440px.

CSS: Bootstrap framework is preferred and mobile-first CSS is important.

Please don’t utilize site-builder plugin or themes (such as Muffin Builder or Visual Composer).

We highly prefer custom content and fields be integrated using Advanced Custom Fields instead of the Options Framework plugin. Utilization of sidebars and widgets are good compliments to ACF as well.

In WordPress please ensure both front-page and inner-page page templates are designed and coded.
