I have a Fair few ideas that i will be working on for you on this project, any feedback on my designs would be greatly appreciated.

The challenge of combining the casual with professional in this design i see to be key, as we are in quite an historically important stage in said industry.

Thank you

Hi Tom,
I can''t agree with you more about this being an historically important stage in this industry.

In regards to what I want in a design, I have no idea.  I thought I wanted curly cues, old english lettering, with the hookah caterpillar, green crosses, pot leaves - until I started looking at all the logos online and then I realized I need to save that stuff for t-shirt designs or something else and need a logo with a cleaner look.

In regards to your design, I''m not sure that I want to emphasize "care consultants."  I like it, but it may be deceiving.   Maybe "In-home Demonstrations and Consultation"  or  "Knowledge is Power" or "Awareness with Care"  I thought about creating the word "Classarty" = a combo of Class and Party or  I don''t know.  I''ll know it when I see it.  I do want "Aware" to be emphasized or the "A"

Thanks Tom - hope I was helpful . . . Valerie

Hi Valerie,

I will post a couple of simplistic designs before perhaps some more adventurous ones at a later point.

In what direction do you wish to take your company in? Are you going to be making house calls to Elderly people still scared of using marijuana as a medicine, or young adults who need to be taught as much information as possible for them to make an informed choice? or more generally try to cater to a more widespread audience?

these 3 examples can help us design something more suited to your target market,

For instance, taking option 1. I'd suggest something similar to the pharmaceutical companies, very plain, almost sterile, logo with a clean and professional feel, as the elderly would relate this to the medicinal uses.

option 2, I feel that this is possibly the easier and the harder of the three, the majority of young adults do not need any encouragement in smoking, however if you are to be focused on providing correct information then that puts us at a cross roads, wacky to grab attention or professional like option 1? hard to say.

and finally option 3. the generic marijuana user. this option gives me free reign, we can come up with any style logo and it would fit here (given the logo is appropriate and of high enough quality!)

I hope that I can produce some images that either make you step back and think, this is the one, or give you the inspiration to give me a specific idea to bring to life!

Pleasure working with you

Tom

Tom,  It is difficult in that I am addressing all three options, and more scenarious probably.

We could be doing a presentation for a senior center or hospice, or we could be doing demonstrations for a 21 year old B-day party or just got my Medical Card party.  The main idea is to provide awareness on smoking and non-smoking alternatives, and address different health issues and make some sales.
