Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre
Subtitle: How to use tapping, applied kinesiology, and Chinese medicine to heal your body, free your mind and live in peace.
Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a modern mix of psychology and Chinese medicine that helps people to release the emotions they have inside that are contributing to the depression and anxiety they feel. Applied kinesiology or muscle testing is a biofeedback tool which helps to extract information from the body that can help people to profoundly heal. It can be used to determine whether heavy metals, heavy chemicals, food sensitivities or pathogens are causing the body problems. It can also be used to determine which supplements can help someone heal. This tool also can be used to identify emotions and memories that are also causing someone problems. Lastly, Chinese medicine uses food therapy, herbal formulas, meditation, tai chi (meditative movement), cupping and other tools to help people to be free of depression. This book is written to be information but also details my own personal journey of how I was able to heal from 11 years of heavy depression through the use of these tools.
The heart of the book is about emotional release, emotional freedom and emotional healing. You can surrender, release or let go of emotions and feel better very quickly. This certainly was my experience.
