Brief de Design En-Tête

I just want a letterhead for my company. It is a construction and consulting company and it would be nice if what we do could be incorporated into the letterhead. I don't need anything fancy just something that is simple and that looks official.

If we could include the outline of townhouse into the name or something like that it would be great. I'm being asked to write at least 300 word for this description but in all honesty because I want it nice and simple I do't have much more to write so am just typing this in order to achieve the three hundred word requirement.

• On the top left of the page it must have a letterhead that says CP13 Construction & Consulting Ltd. and hopefully designed in a way that shows we are a construction company. For example maybe the outline of a house or excavator is on the back ground or incorporated into the letters.
