Brief de Design de Logo

Hi, we are a bunch of comapnies in a large enterprise and consolidating our IT departments in Europe to a single IT Shared Service Center.
So we will be the European region IT Service Provider for all our group companies.
The IT Shared Service Center is born from the "Project DARWIN" which we used in the last months to fund this new IT SSC.
We also had a logo for the "Project DARWIN"
Now we need a new, fresh and separate logo for the new IT Shared Service Center only, but maybe it can be related to the former logo, I have attached it as reference, to design the new one.
As we are the internal highTech IT Serice Provider the logo should reflect a stae of the art IT organization (build from a virtual team of IT individuals across multiple IT organizations):
