Brief de Design de T-shirt

This is a design to go on the back of a T-Shirt. I'm looking for a minimalist cartoon-like design suggestive of a metalworker. I'm thinking a head and chest of a man wearing a protective mask (think welding mask), a leather apron, and heavy gloves, holding tongs that hold a crucible of molten metal, possibly with sparks flying out. I am open to alternative ideas.
