Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to get my current "Generic" logo updated and more professional looking. I like the design of the logo I found online but would like the color to of the logo to be a light, clean blue. For the pest I would also like it to be an ant but have it black and not blue. Also feel free to add a personal touch to the design as I like to see how designers can keep it unique.

Please note I will want a file of just the logo and another with the logo on the left and company name "Premier Pest Control" to the right of that both with transparent backgrounds. Thanks!
