do you require designers to show icons for all the services you've listed?
or just one icon and the selected designer will complete the rest?

Just to clarify.  You can do a few initially to get feedback on the style but it''s preferable that all be done before being selected.

Should all icons be in the same cloud shape as the sample one, or would you prefer a range of shapes?

different shapes are preferable. Also, all three images are being considered icons in this context, not just the middle one.

submitted the designs if you will finalize the style so we will create the other icons too.

you can submit a few icons initially to get a sense of feel and to find out if you're headed in the right direction. Once you receive positive feedback from us, it's preferred that all icons be submitted before selection. We'll be clear about it so you're not wasting time if you're not in the running.
