Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need a logo and some designs that will elegantly personify the title "Liberty Mountain." I would like the logo to be somewhat similar to this painting here. I want the Sun to have a kind of Spiral appearance. I kind of want the logo to be simple but descriptive. I want the logo to be something that I can put in the corner of a polo T shirt. The picture that is attached should just be used as a reference.
