Brief de Web Design

Our website was initially developed 6+ years ago and has been maintained by several different designers. As a result, it is overly complex, inconsistent format/layout and the content is not well structured/easy to navigate

We need the site redeveloped with a more modern look and feel, simpler content structure and ability to implement new/improved tools, such as: Dynamic Forms, Sales Funnels, Landing Pages, improved metadata of our pages and posts, improved SEO/Page ranking, etc.

We currently use SalesForce CRM, Constant Contact for marketing automation and SmartSheet forms. We are investigating Zapier for workflow integration which could extend to our website.

Our current website is developed in WordPress, ideally we will stick with this platform, but we’re happy to consider other CMS' if strongly recommended. We may decide to remove/consolidate some of the pages and/or content as part of this re-design.

We don't want to rebrand (ie change corporate logo, colours scheme etc) as part of this website redevelopment and it is critical that we don't lose our current Page Ranking, SEO rankings, backlink benefits, etc as part of this redevelopment.

Sites we like the feel/design of are: kanbanize.com, baremetrics.com and semrush.com
