Could you please elaborate more, Are you looking for a design in mascot style or icon based. The logo samples and the photo actually didn't match up or hard to understand your concept.

Hi,
The logo brief is not clear about what kind of logo you are looking for. The image you attached cannot be used as a logo and the logo inspiration attachment is nice but can not be used with the photo of the man. As a designer we need a more detailed brief to get started, otherwise, it will be a waste of time for both of us.
