Architecture, Construction and Engineering are all struggling with a tremendous shortage of skilled talent. It is more important than ever for organizations to be able to attract, support and retain a talented workforce and to encourage more women to pursue and build vibrant careers in architecture, engineering and construction. Unfortunately, their attrition rate also remains high in these industries. Developing and retaining a skilled workforce includes identifying and addressing the specific needs of women in our industry.
