Brief de Design Graphique

I have a copy that we had done several years ago. I loved it and still do. Unfortunately, the original graphic designer lost the original artwork. What I do have is the same artwork at a small fridge magnet size. I need to new artwork to look like the small magnet version.
The main brief is to appeal to our clients who have addiction problems. It needs to be edgy and as far removed from the typical medical center images
