Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new brand and also a design for the label on the bottle. This brand carries a range of Asian-inspired sauces.
The logo will be in Chinese characters and preferably clean and easy to read. Design need not necessarily be modern so can play around with different typography. Would prefer the logo to be gold/rose gold in colour. The logo should be able to show elegance and comfort.
For the bottle labelling, I would prefer a black/dark background colour. There will be several different product lines and within each product line, there may be different flavours.
For example, there may be a mushroom sauce as the original flavour. There will also be variations like mushroom sauce + tom yum, and mushroom sauce + black pepper.
The Chinese word for the logo is 口味 and the English word is Flavour.
I was hoping to see if we can play on the 2 Chinese characters because there is a 口 in 味. If you can have one word 味 but still be able to show/highlight the 口, that will be very interesting.
I saw a 3D example which probably we can explore too.

I have attached some examples which i find clean and comforting for the logo.
