Brief de Design de Panneau

We have a Greek delicatessen where we have three different large windows, where on the upper side of them, we would need three different window stickers of a similar theme. I have listed below the words we would like to be written on each different window sticker with all of these stickers needing an image to be included also which I have attached and named accordingly.

1st window (Dimensions 148cm width X 50cm height)
Wording underneath the attached logo (which is named 1st window) which must go first would be the following:
Premium olive oils, large cheese selection, retsina, ready meals, olives, wine, pasta, dolmades, pita bread, baklava, taramasalata, tzatziki, spanakopita, dried herbs, vinegars, spreads, beer, jams, tomato products, fruit preserves, cookies, breadsticks, halva, salts, mastic gum, dried fruit, coffee, tea etc etc
Ideally we would like the wording to start with large letters and get smaller as we go down the list and become infinit if possible.

Second window (Dimensions 148cm width X 50cm height) which must include the image of a souvlaki wrap (attachment named 2nd window-this can be cropped accordingly )
Wording would be the following:
Authentic Greek Souvlaki
-Gyros
-Chicken
-Vegeterian
Classic size $10.00
Jumbo size $15.00
Wednesday to Sunday 10.30am to 2.30pm

Third window (Dimensions 220cm width X 50cm height)
Wording underneath the logo named 3rd window would be the following.
