Brief de Design de Tatouage

I have looked for a long time to find someone that can do a ¾ sleeve for me.

Here is what I am looking to do…
I have attached pictures of the 5 ‘places’ I would like to incorporate in tattoo. Size of tattoo is meant to start just below shoulder and end just below elbow (a little more than half sleeve). Here are some details to help with the design:

Pictures: Chicago, Minnesota (ice rink), Arizona (Desert/Trail), Venice, Washington DC
-Chicago- This is the heart of the tattoo to incorporate the river/buildings/bridges in detail. Would like this part starting just below shoulder on front/outside portion of arm.
-Arizona- smaller scale than Chicago to incorporate saguaro cactus/trail/mountain. Would like this part starting just below Chicago on front/outside portion of arm.
-Venice- smaller scale than Chicago to incorporate venice sign/palm trees/buildings. Would like this part starting just below Chicago on front/outside portion of arm.
-Minnesota- larger scale than AZ/Venice to incorporate ice rink/building/snow. Would like this part on inside portion of arm.
-Washington DC- smaller scale MN to incorporate historical buildings. Would like this part on inside portion of arm.

I have also included a some examples of similar idea tattoos and a sketch that was drawn for me of this one. The sketch is just to show the idea but does not include Venice or the AZ mountains/trail and is much less detailed than I would like.
