Brief de Design de Logo

Design a logo for our art supplies online shop kokoart.it
Based in Italy, our company (Accademia del Colore) started its activity in Genoa (Italy) in 2013.
In 2020 , it reached the online world but our team never really thought about a logo. As of now it's just some text with an idea of a K letter different from the rest of the text. It is definitely missing something.

We are looking for a brand new logo to match our identity.
As a graphic designer, we ask you to re-think this brand. How would you design the logo for this company if it was yours?
