Brief de Design Graphique

We need a modern home rendering showing our main products:
- Glass Railing on Deck (both Topless Glass and Rail Top)
- Picket Railing on Front Steps
- Spiral Staircase (with ornamental railing) off deck on one side
- Modern Interior Steel Railing (inside staircase)
- Aluminum Stair Case with Rail Top Glass Railing and Landing with a Turn
Please see our draft brochure. We are looking to replace the rendering with a custom made one on the inside spread. We want each of the circles showing our products to point to the location of where they would be located on the home.

• A 3D rendering of a modern home with a garage (we live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) so please see homes made by Urbis, Timberhaus, Ace Lange, etc. to get a feel for what our homes look like here.
  
  I would like to have the house have a cutaway that is like an architectural drawing or wire mesh so that you can see the inside of the house for the iron interior stair railings
