Brief de Design de Logo

I need a clean/simple logo to represent my real estate investment and lending business. This will primarily be used on Letterhead and Invoices given to investors. Although borrowers will see the logo on letterhead and emails, I want the focus to be on investors.

The logo should be simple and convey stability, trust and longevity.
I would like the logo to have a timeless feel. Less is more. Simple colors possibly with blue tones or a dark maroon.
