Brief de Design de Modèle Word

Need a packing slip to put into the package we ship our product with and then I need a document in the same look and feel that is an invoice. I'd like these files to be in MS Word but then easily convertable to HTML (will be used in Salesforce and SAP).

Attached are examples of what we currently use. I am looking for something that is fresh, fun and modern.
