Brief de Design de Logo

This logo is for a land management and realty company in Colorado. The concept should be clean lines, eye catching, no more then 4 spot colors, no gradients or drop shadows, use of trees, land, house and other realty concepts is ok but not necessary. Be creative with the "Varra Realty" word logo. This example was the clients original idea but they did not like how it turned out. Thank you for your time working on this logo and good luck!
