Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my company. Have been working without one for a few years. I designed the attached website. It's pretty self explanatory. I'm focused on coaching leaders before, during and after, significant - high stakes - leadership and career transitions and the human side of change. I like the teal / gray / white colors. The final design needs to be warm and inviting with edge.
