Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a startup tech company. Products are mainly web based solutions without a specific industry focus. The Logo should not have the text embedded, meaning text and icon should be separable.
The design should look modern and futuristic with a flat design.
The attached logo "glitched shield" was our favorite during a quick web search. While the form is basic in nature, the asymmetry makes it interesting, however, please don't get hung up on the example icon being a shield, we are NOT a security company! Perhaps some topology you might associate with byte / bit / cube / crystal might be more suitable.

The name of the company is "Crystalbyte".
