Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo similar to what is pictured but instead of the leaf in the middle, I would like something along the lines of scene with a farmer in a field of plants in the circle.

I would also be open to something with an interlocking PP (the initials) in the circle. The circular reference has more than one meaning for the business.

• A circular reference of some sort. I have gone from a place where the government chased me down for my involvement with this plant, to making a legal living with it on a family farm. It has come Full Circle for me., This also applies to the cycle of life when growing plants.
