Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new ultimate frisbee club in beautiful Orange in NSW, Australia. We play casually at the moment, but would like to grow the sport in our area.
The logo will be used on signage, t-shirts, discs/frisbees.
A few more ideas in Must-Haves and Nice to Haves below and a few example logos attached.
Have fun creating us a bright logo to get more people in our town playing the sport we love.

Exigences

• The logo needs to have a picture of a disc/frisbee, as many people seeing the logo do not know what 'Ultimate' is.
  The words 'Orange' and 'Ultimate' need to be the most prominent. The state acronym ('NSW') to be less prominent.
  We would like a logo that has a youthful personality, but has broad appeal by ages and genders e.g. If there is a person's sillouette/image in the logo, we would like this to be androgynous.
  The logo should be round, or otherwise be able to be printed on a frisbee/disc ie not a long horizontal logo. Other clubs also use squares, ovals and shield shaped logos to accommodate this.
  The logo should be in full colour, but be able to be printed in a single colour and still be recognisable and readable.

• We are looking for a logo that reflects the local environment in some way. Ideas for how this could be done are below, but we are not expecting all of them, just one or two as inspiration.
  1. our local mountain, Mount Canobolas has a larger and smaller peak. This is often used in a stylised way by local organisations (e.g. the Orange City Council logo, see https://www.orange.nsw.gov.au/)
  2. distinct seasons. In contrast to much of Australia, we have summer sprint, winter and autumn/fall. The coloured leaves in Autumn are particularly well known, plus that we are one of the few places in Australia that occasionally gets snow. The city is often called 'the colour city'
  3. wine. We grow wonderful wine in our region
  4. apples - we grow apples and it is amusing to many that we don't grow oranges, given the name of the town.
