Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to have a sign made for our apartment complex. The sign company gave us a sign design using our basic website header logo. We like the sign but feel our logo could use some redesign to spice the sign up. I would like someone to create a better looking logo that would look good on the pictured sign. I have attached the building colors and some images of the buildings. The background of the sign will most likely be one of the greys so I would like it to flow with the greys.
