Brief de Design Infographie

We need an ANIMATED PICTURE (GIF) to represent graphically the integration of CERT, www.cert-online.biz (a small company) by BIORIUS, www.biorius.com (a larger group of approximately 4 times the size of CERT).

It needs to be CORPORATE, SERIOUS, CREATIVE but very CLEAN. Please, consider the website of McKinsey for inspiration (www.mckinsey.com) The idea is to show that merging is a good and positive thing for clients.

Eg two bubbles (one large representing BIORIUS and the other one representing CERT), both with dull colors. The bubbles merge and the resulting bubble is bigger and sparkling with a nice color.
