Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my Facebook page and to print onto T-shirts and other merchandise.
Thirroul is a beach side village. It also gets really windy here so I was hoping for a design that incorporates wind/leaves blowing with maybe waves. I don't care if it is black and white or coloured. I would prefer it enclosed in a shape so I can put it on t-shirts on the top left as a badge or I can blow it up as the main image on a shirt or bag. Another thought I had was of a seductive mouth blowing. On the same lines as that famous Rolling Stones picture. I'd like to see this design both with and without text (Thirroul Blow-ins).
