Brief de Design de Logo

We have closed on an apartment complex that could use a rebranding. We do not want to change the name however we would like to have a new logo. The property is named North Creek. There is no creek running around or through it though. I will include pictures of the complex to inspire creative concepts. We are open to color choices.
