Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo that I have already sketched created in vector format. This is a rough sketch so it needs to be cleaned up. Ideas on how to incorporate the company name are also needed. Company name is 'Rolling Tide Marine Construction, LLC'. We set house pilings, build bulkheads, and work on new or existing docks. We are located in Oak Island, North Carolina. I am looking for a design that is similar to the image provided. The waves should be a marine blue/green/teal color (not picky about which you choose) and I would like a sunset yellow/orange color in the shaded sun ray section with the sun itself white. Company name can be next to the image or however you envision would look best. I would also like to put a phone number below the company name. This will be used for business cards, vehicle decals, posters, etc.

**Update: My vehicles are all white so I will need a couple of color schemes if your design does not have a white background. Thank you!
