Brief de Design Illustration

I want to do a series of "cartoons or drawings" for LinkedIn showing different use situations with Runway. I am open to how the cartoon looks, but I thought something like this. It must be heavily branded for Runway and ideally feature our web address.

- the first one I want to do is promoting our digital plats. DigitPlat. I want to see a guy drowning in paper plats/masterplans. He is to look "buried" and stressed out. Then there will be another guy holding a tablet that has our Digital plats on there. The second guy should speech bubble to first guy "Hey, Chris how's it going?" First guy responds "Oh man, I am buried!".

Tag line: If you're asking yourself if there is a better way, the answer is Runway.

- the second one will be to promote Realtor Portal. I want to see two Realtors. One looks just ordinary, the second like a super hero. Copy: Property realtors, they are mere mortals, but expect super human sales with Runway Realtor Portal!

- the third one will be a sales person in a model home (a model home is a display home where sales people sell homes to people). They will be sitting at their desk with two prospects, (man and women) staring at him as he has a box called "craftt kit" on his desk, there are scissors, glue etc and he is trying to cut and paste a lot fit for the customer. He looks flustered and the couple look uneasy.
