Brief de Design de Logo

We need a fantastic logo designed for a new company called MCR Partnerships. MCR Partnerships is a partnership marketing company that brings brands together through marketing programs to increase awareness and grow marketshare. Its a fun, fast-paced, but highly professional environment and should emulate boldness and strength in the logo. MCR Partnerships is the coming together of 2 current small companies, Mile Marker 630 and CrossOverMKT. Logos of each company are attached to this project and we would like to include the colors from both companies (Green and Blue) into the design of the new MCR Logo. Will leave it to you as to which color should be featured vs complementary. Ideally the logo should ultimately have the ability to stand on its own with just "MCR" as well as incorporate "Partnerships" both landscape and stacked. Reversed for logo-wear and other uses.
