Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a historic home in an established wine region (McLaren Vale). It is one of the original houses in the region. Built in red brick with a return veranda and significant gardens. Looking to place a sign at street entrance hanging from a pole similar to the image attached. I would prefer a design that classic and classy but not excessively ornate. I would like the logo to also be suitable for a wine bottle label. Many thanks.
