Brief de Design Graphique

I would like to create an advertisement board.
Something eye-catching when people walk past. I would like the photos attached to be cut up (remove the background) and combined to make a really busy and exciting graphic. This board will be sitting at different locations all year round.

I have also attached a photo of our previous flyer that I put together for previous adverts that will give you a better idea of what I'm thinking. Photo 2

Somewhere throughout the design (nice and big), I would like written "Leading Edge Rugby League Academy".
Down the bottom somewhere in fairly sized font, I would like our website:
www.lerla.com.au
