Brief de Design de Logo

Looking to evolve an existing logo (attached). This is for a Fish and Chip van that offers take away fast food (fish & chips). The location of the fish and chip van is the algarve in the south of portugal where the majority of clientele are british and european expats.

The existing logo is deemed nice however we wish to split the logo away and use a different one as the chain expands, thus the need for a new logo for this specific location.

Nothing further to add on this front.
