Brief de Design de Tatouage

I paid for the attached design but its not right - looking for artist to do their own version. Notes: Sickle must be in lower position (submissive); I like the clock in there but not the skulls; Cross needs to be bigger and pop out more if possible; The Reaper is an Angel following Gods orders, not evil; don't care for dark background but the words are required. To be tattoo on left forearm - I do have other tattoos already. I will pay good money for a cool design + tat stencil.
