Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

We are traders in sustainable timber worldwide, specialising in tropical hardwoods.
We need to keep our current company logo, but update our email footer with a business card like design which marks the company's 40th Anniversary. 1981-2021. We would need:
Company Logo, Name and Address, website
Sender's: Name, Tel no, fax no, email address
We would need this in a format which we could update ourselves re names/phone numbers if any change.
