Brief de Design de Logo

We are two wellness companies that are merging and require a new logo that encompasses both of our businesses. The present name of the companies are "Natural Essentials" and "Path of Wellness". We presently have logos (see attached), however, are looking for a sleek and modern look while maintaining the essence of a holistic business. We like the graphics of the tree of life and the path however, are open to other suggestions. We are also open to all colours. We know that our logo text is quite lengthy and may appear more as a slogan but not sure how to incorporate both names so they are recognizable to the existing clients of each business. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
We are really looking to move away from the "cartoonish" (Clip art)look of our present logos. We have also included our website to give you a better idea of who we are. www.pothofwellnessintegratedcoaching.com
