Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo and an icon for a new company called Footprint Forward. We will be helping people become more Eco friendly by providing them with information, best practices, and products that will be innovative, useful, and made responsibly !!
The logo should feel fresh, simple, friendly, welcoming, and clear.
The Logo - should say "footprint forward" and be easy to read. Ideally framed in a shape. I am attaching the company font (can be downloaded from Google fonts).
The Icon - The icon will be engraved in products, and used where there is no enough space to put the full logo (like the favicon). I thought of an "abstract globe" with ff, but it still needs to be improved to look professional (see attached). NEW IDEAS ARE WELCOMED!!

I would like for the logo and icon to look like a family (look similar) so people can easily recognize the company when using either of them.
