Brief de Design de Logo

We are based in Beijing, offices also in Vietnam and he has a heavy presence on social media. We target clients to employ management, sales and technical people in a conservative industry. Our industry is getting more competitive and more and more posting and activity is on social media and on line. We are active on WeChat (Chinese social media), LinkedIn and also personal mail shots as well.
We attend expo's and have booths and also have information for clients to take away with them. We would be the largest agribusiness focused recruitment business in China and in Asia with the largest Team and the longest history.
Our company is13 years old, our logo and company name feels tired and we want to revitalize our brand image, how it looks and how it feels and the supporting social media material that goes with it.
Our company name, Asian Agribusiness Recruitment, Training & Development we feel is long, and often we are referred to as AARTD. The training & development part is also no longer applicable and we do less training work with clients now that partner has left the business. We like the blue and white, but maybe it needs a warmer feeling or a revitalization as well. As our company is13 years old, our logo and company name feels tired and we want to revitalize our brand image, how it looks and how it feels and the supporting social media material that goes with it.

• A new design, ideally with our current colours and maybe add in a sfoter colour such as grey or another colour to make it feel warmer.
  We should keep the words Agribusiness Recruitment, but I am agreeable to drop the other words, especially training and development

• Catchy memorable and short........maybe just AARTD? Also the creative A our logo is important
