Brief de Design de Carte Postale

We are a property maintenance company that wants to send out a postcard targeting residential homeowners only. We want the postcard to create the impression of a friendly and inviting company that makes maintenance easy for homeowners. I have attached all the instructions in a pdf file as well as any other needed pictures or info. Please read the outline I provided. I also attached pictures/screenshots of our new (in progress) website if you wish to get a feel for our company.
