Brief de Design de Logo

We're a motorcycle TV show and we have a new part of the show called Bike World Off-Road. We need to incorporate existing Bike World logo with the words Off-Road. I wanted to use a mountain to show the extreme nature of what we do. I was thinking of the words Off-Road being stencilled out of the mountain the bike world logo below. I'd be happy for the Bike World logo to be given a texture to match the Off-Road design.
