Brief de Web Design
St John’s is looking for a new site design for their church. The church is a part of a group of the ‘Lutheran Church’ Australia and needs to kind of tie into their branding within reason.
This means, we would need to use the logo colours (Blue, Gold, Red) throughout the website and the design needs to be fresh, modern, clean, and mobile-friendly. The front page must have the following as features:
• Sermons (Podcasts and Videos)
• Events
• Venue Hire (Weddings)
The website will be mainly information-based and will have a few forms. From our recent engagement with the church, I did draft up a mock-up design for them and even it looks better than their current site, it’s not giving a ‘stand out impression’ and has that out of date look.
The inner pages will be based off the front-page design so we will take care of that, we are just looking for a front-page design that is unique and has the wow factor.
The website will be coded by our in-house development team and will be coded in a WordPress format using Elementor pro.
We are looking for a couple of designers to design 1-3 mock-ups by taking our current draft and putting their spin to it.

Hi,
Due to Christmas and the client was on leave, the design selection has been delayed. It was not ideal as I knew this would happen.
I made contact with the client and just been told that the client is leaving the church and a handover is happening for the new staff member. The new staff member will present all designs to the board for selection. This is due to be completed by the first week of February 2021.
We thanks for your patients as this was not expected and we seeing if we can hurry this process up.
