Brief de Design de Logo

The name of the company is Blueprint Coaching. We need a LOGO (with and without tagline) at a minimum. Rounding out some print collateral (business card for starters) may be in the mix. This coaching methodology is called:
Core Energy Coaching™: iPEC’s unique Core Energy Coaching™ process helps students uncover inner blind spots and cultivate new perspectives that support individual success on a sustainable level. Our methodology empowers people to dig deeply, honestly, and objectively into their energy and mental programming in order to assess who they are and whom they want to become.
Incorporate the color Blue.
Open to ANY ideas, including font play being only graphic element.
You MIGHT play with the graphic image of an architect / engineer compass (which can be humanized because it sort of has legs, arms, head).
Also - attached one thumbnail rough idea to play with.
