Could you please let me know what the old website address is?. Also, please upload the logo we have to use for it and if there are any other directions you would like us to follow.

If this is a large online store with more than 100 products you'll need to buy the advanced shopify subscription plan (so you can also have third party carrier shipping by USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc).

Please send files over so I can start working on the design proposal.

But to be clear, in this mentioned budget we can produce HOME, Product Listing and Product details page design only.
If you need theme as well as develop the full functional website then you need to increase the budget.
