Brief de Design de T-shirt

Hope things are going well. This design will take place in Times Square of New York City. In the Foreground of this design, we would like a girl in a light pink dress with an old styled TV for a Head. She will be touching the shoulder of a man in a suit who will also have the same TV for a head. On these Televisions, RGB TV static should be displayed. In the mid-ground and background, we would like everyone in times square to be staring at these TV-Headed people. On the Billboards of times square we would like to see the same TV static that is displayed on the TVs of the TV-headed People. We would like this scene to take place at night and we would like it to have a Retro feel. I imagine the Billboards Emitting a purple hue.
