Brief de Design de Menu

I need to distribute menu for my carryout indian/pakistani food restaurant. (http://1000kabobs.com). I am planning to use US postal service door-to-door mail service.
1- Design and format must comply with door-to-door service format. https://www.usps.com/business/every-door-direct-mail.htm. Including logos etc provided by USPS
2- We are changing prices so I will provide you the new prices.
3-Our audience is not familiar with pakistani and indian food. Currently we have to give a 5 to 10 minutes speech to each customer. Flyer should be able to explain to user what the dish is how it looks like.
4- our audiance is educated inner city youth , multicultural, university going or professionals.
