Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a property app start up company 'Sharehouse'. We are building a platform to allow landlords to self manager their rental properties simply & easily. The app provides a full suite of property management features & also facilitates the landlord - tenant relationship.

Design needs to be eye-catching but simple, modern & clean with a slight tech edge . Ideally the logo should convey the essence of the business without being gimmicky.

Target market is landlords so the design / colour scheme should convey trust, reliability & professionalism. Colour palette open to suggestion but would like avoid (red / yellow / orange).
