Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new small batch distilling company focusing on Gin, with a variety of flavours. Also extending to other spirits in time. We are looking for a design that is palatable to all genders. We have no specific colour palette requirements, but like the idea of 'art deco' or water colours. Potentially with the logo being able to be split across the varieties of our range. We will be focussing on native Australian botanicals within our range of spirits, and audience is likely to be young (under 50yo) professionals. Modern, playful, youthful.
Inspiration behind the name is from Bob Marley's song (and more recent "Like a Version on Triple J radio station by "Philly"), "three little birds": "don't worry about a thing, every little thing is going to be ok"; "peace love and unity". Therefore, whilst 'birds' appear in the name, please don't let focus on the this. Ok for them to be in the logo, but not as a feature.
